AdsLedger is built for freelancers and small digital-marketing agencies in Nepal that buy ads with dollar cards, bill clients in NPR, get paid by eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer, and currently manage everything in a spreadsheet. ## How AdsLedger calculates Facebook ads profit

- Client charge = daily budget (USD) × days × billing rate (NPR per USD)
- Ad cost = actual Facebook spend (USD) × cost rate (NPR per USD)
- Fees = actual spend × card fee % × cost rate
- Profit = client charge − ad cost − fees − other costs
- Example: $2/day for 10 days at Rs. 215 = Rs. 4,300 charged; $11.40 actually spent at Rs. 155 = Rs. 1,767 ad cost; profit before fees Rs. 2,533.
- Each campaign keeps the exchange rates it was created with, so changing today's rate never rewrites past profit.
