Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AdsLedger ("we", operated by AdsLedger (Aafno Hisab), Nepal) collects when you use https://adsledger.aafnohisab.com, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Google account details when you sign in: name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID. We do not receive your Google password.
• Contact details you provide, such as your WhatsApp number.
• Business data you enter: clients, campaigns, ad spend, dollar-card balances and transactions, exchange rates, payments and notes.
• Payment screenshots you upload as proof for client payments or your AdsLedger subscription.
• Technical data: authentication cookies, and basic logs (time, error codes) needed to run and secure the service.

We never collect or store full card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, OTPs or banking passwords.

How we use it

• To provide the service: calculations, reports, alerts and your account.
• To verify subscription payments and manage your plan.
• To send service emails such as campaign-expiry alerts, approval and payment confirmations.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and keep an audit trail of financial changes.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

We use trusted providers to run AdsLedger: Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in Mumbai, India), Vercel (hosting), Cloudinary (private storage of payment screenshots), Resend (email delivery) and Google (sign-in). They process data only to provide their services to us.

Who can see your data

Your business data is visible only to members of your own AdsLedger account, enforced at the database level. Our administrators may access account and payment-verification information to approve accounts, verify payments and provide support.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists, including in read-only mode after a subscription ends, so your financial history is not lost. You can ask us to export or delete your account at any time; some records may be kept where required by law.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data in the app, request an export, or request deletion by contacting us.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
