These terms govern your use of AdsLedger at https://adsledger.aafnohisab.com, operated by AdsLedger (Aafno Hisab), Nepal. By signing in you agree to them.

1. The service

AdsLedger is a management tool for tracking advertising campaigns, dollar-card balances, client billing, payments and profit. Figures are management aids based on the data you enter and must be verified against your bank, card and Meta/Facebook statements. AdsLedger is not affiliated with Meta, Facebook, Google, eSewa, Khalti or any bank.

2. Accounts and approval

• You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it.
• New accounts can view the app but must be approved by us before data can be added or changed.
• You must provide accurate information and not use the service for unlawful purposes.

3. Free trial and subscription

• Approved accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access.
• After the trial, the subscription costs Rs. 249 per month, paid in advance for the period you choose.
• Payments are made by eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer and verified manually from the screenshot you submit. Access is extended once verified.
• Coupons are subject to their stated limits and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future periods only.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a period has started. If you were charged in error or paid twice, contact us and we will correct it.

5. When access ends

If your trial or subscription ends, your account becomes read-only; your data is kept and editing resumes after renewal. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or fail verification.

6. Your data

You own the data you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep AdsLedger available and accurate but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made using the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
